The comfort zone is like a bubble that protects us so that everything is illusory easier. Even if we complain and we think something is unbearable, we stay with what we have. Because it's easier and has already become the norm we are used to. It is a haven, a safe sphere of our habits, a space known to us and encompassing what we encounter every day. We know the comfort zone very well; we feel good there but… we are not developing. We're in it. However, it does not have a positive effect on our self-development. It's as if we live in a tower and don't want to know the world beyond.
The concept of getting out of the comfort zone occurs when we have a problem with deciding, taking the initiative, starting something new in our life or behaving in a different way than we used to. There comes a point when we are close to this subtle border. A situation arises in which we can take the first step, break the vicious circle, reverse the pattern of action. What are we doing next? Some stay in their comfort zone, others - move forward.
You can gently move the boundaries or jump into deep water. It all depends on ourselves.
First, we should outline our comfort limits. If we keep doing the same thing, don't expect different results.

TASK:
Prepare a large sheet of paper and write down what you like to do, what you do well, what is associated with safety. Outline it and write down what is on the other side, what you haven't tried, what is currently beyond your reach, what you are afraid of, what makes you feel insecure. Look at it. Take some time.
Now we are left with the answer to the questions: What do we want to achieve? What boundaries to cross? What to learn
On a separate sheet of paper, write down your desires, decide in which areas you want to improve. Describe exactly what you want to try.
Travel is the best example of expanding our borders. He wanders to places we haven't visited yet.
Start there. Nobody said that the road to success is easy. The hardest step is to take the first step. Because we do not know the direction until the end, because we have no support, because the fear of the unknown is much stronger than the euphoria of discovery.
It is worth leaving the comfort zone and opening to success. Let Ambrose Redmond’s words inspire us to act: "Courage is not about feeling fear, but about recognizing that something is more important than fear."
We wish you nothing but splendor.
