Health care reforms in Poland have not had a beneficial impact on everyone. Children, the elderly, the handicapped and terminally ill still face many hurdles. The lack of proper medical diagnostic equipment complicates illness and treatment. The Polish American Congress Charitable Foundations' priority is to upgrade services by providing medical supplies and equipment to Poland’s hospitals and rehabilitation centers...especially for groups that are most vulnerable: children, elderly, handicapped and disabled. Our assistance is greatly needed if Poland's people are to benefit from the kind of health care available in other places in the world so that they can live better, longer and more productive lives.

The PACCF also supports Polish organizations in the US whose purpose is to educate and keep the Polish heritage and culture alive.
